  • Knowing how to help children exposed to parental substance misuse to recover from trauma and develop resilience
  • Explaining the process of recovery from trauma Identifying interventions that promote recovery
  • Explaining how children and young people exposed to parental substance misuse can be helped to develop resilience
This Children and Parental Substance Misuse course is for people who would like to learn more about this major issue in society. Whilst it provides focus for people working in Children's Services, it will also be useful to a wider audience of people who would like to know more about the scope of the problem. As well as how to build strategies to help those affected. We can also deliver this course either: online, as a webinar, or as a face-to-face programme.
