This course will cover what is meant by equality and diversity, key legislation, types of prejudice and discrimination which can affect children and young people and what you can do to support the development of an inclusive culture.

This Equality and Diversity course has been designed specifically for people who want to know more about how to care in an inclusive way.We have separate courses designed and tailored specifically for those that work in children's services and Education. It will also be useful to a wider audience of people who would like to know more about equality and diversity.We can deliver this course either: online, as a webinar, or as a face-to-face programme. The online version of this course will take 1 hour to complete. The webinar versions are usually 2-3 hours long and face to face delivery will usually be around 4-5 hours.
