Safeguarding – An Introduction training

Everyone who works with or comes into contact with children should understand the safeguarding policies and procedures of their organisation to ensure that every child has a right to equal protection from harm.

It is important that people who work with children know how to identify the signs of abuse and how to respond appropriately to a verbal disclosure.

In this introductory course we will look at what child abuse is and how to recognise the signs, as well as what you can do and how to work with other agencies.
