Special Education Needs and Disability: Code of Practice training
The Code of Practice is statutory guidance and a wide range of organisations must have regard to it.
It relates to children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and disabled children and young people. The Code of Practice was revised in January 2015 and explains the duties of local authorities, education, health and others to cooperate and work together to support children and young people, and fully involve them in their support.
This course provides an overview of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice for children and young people up to 25 years old.
