MEET THE TEAM

To help guide you through our course options and keep you up-to-date of the new developments, AC Education has expanded its team by appointing Alison Roden and Becky Railston earlier this year, joining forces with Karen Beach and Beth Randall.

Karen Beach – Education Consultant
Many of you who have worked with Karen over the years will know how passionate and knowledgeable she is; not only about our training solutions, but about Education as a whole and changing the narrative for all children and young people. She is the driving force behind the development of many of our new training programmes and her enthusiasm and expertise cannot be matched!

Elizabeth Randall – Administrator Education
Elizabeth is an integral part of the team, responsible for the administration and organisation of our renowned Attachment and Trauma Programme. She deals directly with schools once the Programmes have been purchased, to ensure that it is delivered in the most effective way possible for each individual school. We could not run the Attachment Programme without her!

Alison Roden & Becky Railston – Education Consultants
Alison joined us at the beginning of March, and you may have met her at the 2023 NAVSH conference, handing out crème eggs! She has a varied background including working in Primary Education and in Office Administration, Corporate Banking and running her own business.

Becky completed the Education team when she joined us in April. She has a background in Recruitment, Hospitality and Real Estate.

Alison and Becky are both delighted to be part of the team as we move forward and grow with the Progress group. It is an exciting time to be part of AC Education!
