Excluded to Included

A prequel to the Reducing Exclusions programme, our Excluded to Included stand-alone course includes practical tips and advice to help school staff support students at risk of exclusion.

We also look at the ways your school can reduce the number of exclusions by developing a better understanding of the factors that can affect pupils’ behaviour and relationships with others. Understanding the motivation behind their actions is a key step in improving attendance and building more positive relationships.

Following this one-day training session, staff will know how to effectively implement strategies and policies that can help students remain in school and become valued members of the school community.
